The annual Science and Technology Exhibition is scheduled for November 15th, 2026. This is an opportunity for students to showcase their innovative projects and scientific research.

Submission Deadline: November 5th, 2026

Students are encouraged to work individually or in groups of 2-3. Prizes will be awarded to the best projects in each category. This is a great opportunity to develop your research skills and be recognized for your innovative ideas.

We are pleased to announce the construction of a new state-of-the-art Science Block at our campus. This project is funded by the PTA and government grants and is expected to be completed by December 2026.

Features of the New Science Block:
1. 4 Modern Science Laboratories (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Integrated Science)
2. 2 ICT Laboratories
3. Research Rooms
4. Science Resource Center
5. Staff Offices
6. Modern Toilet Facilities

This project represents our commitment to providing the best learning environment for our students. We thank all stakeholders for their support and contributions.

The school will be closed for mid-term break from October 28th to November 1st, 2026. All students are to vacate the premises by 12:00 PM on October 27th.

Parent-Teacher Conferences for the first term will be held on Saturday, October 10th, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Purpose of Conferences:
1. Discuss student academic progress
2. Review first term performance
3. Identify areas for improvement
4. Set goals for the second term
5. Address any concerns or challenges

Parents are encouraged to come prepared with questions and observations about their child's academic performance. Teachers will be available to provide detailed feedback and suggestions for improvement. Please ensure you sign up for a time slot at the school office.

The Guidance and Counselling Department is organizing a Career Guidance Workshop for all SHS 3 students on September 20th, 2026.

Workshop Content:
1. Career exploration and planning
2. University application procedures
3. Scholarship opportunities
4. Job market trends
5. Interview skills and CV writing
6. Entrepreneurship and self-employment

Guest Speakers:
- Representatives from University of Ghana
- Career professionals from various fields
- Successful alumni

All SHS 3 students are required to attend this workshop. It will be held at the school auditorium from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

This is to inform all students, parents, and guardians that the 2026/2027 academic year will commence on Monday, 14th September 2026. All students are expected to report to school on this date. Boarding students should report on Sunday, 13th September 2026.

Please note the following important details:
- All students must be in full school uniform
- Bring all required textbooks and stationery
- Boarding students should bring their bedding and personal effects
- New students should report to the administration block for orientation
- Parents are invited to the opening ceremony at 8:00 AM

In accordance with the latest guidelines from the Ghana Health Service, the following COVID-19 protocols have been updated for the 2026/2027 academic year:

Mandatory Requirements:
1. Temperature checks at all entry points
2. Hand sanitization stations available across campus
3. Face masks are encouraged in crowded areas
4. Social distancing in classrooms and common areas
5. Regular disinfection of facilities
6. Reporting any symptoms to the school health office
7. Vaccination is strongly recommended but not mandatory

Parents are encouraged to ensure their children follow these protocols to maintain a safe learning environment for everyone.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the school will be closed on Friday, August 15th, 2026. All students are to vacate the campus by 2:00 PM.

Alternative Arrangements:
1. Online classes will be conducted for affected lessons
2. All assignments and homework will be posted on the school portal
3. Teachers will be available for consultation via email
4. Normal academic activities will resume on Monday, August 18th, 2026

The registration deadline for the 2026 WASSCE has been extended to August 20th, 2026. All SHS 3 students who have not yet registered are advised to complete their registration immediately.

Requirements for Registration:
1. Completed registration form
2. Recent passport-size photograph
3. Birth certificate (photocopy)
4. Previous academic records
5. Registration fee payment receipt

Students are reminded that late registration will attract additional fees. Please ensure you complete your registration before the deadline to avoid any inconvenience.

The 36th Graduation Ceremony for the Class of 2026 will be held on Saturday, June 13th, 2026 at the National Conference Center, Accra.
